Specifications:

Main material: 1. ALU tube (O.D8~O.D10)* (T0.7~T1.0), tube inner smooth or inner grooved;

            2. Copper tube (O.D6~O.D9.25)* (T0.35~T0.5), tube inner smooth or inner grooved

            3. Fin: ALU-foil thickness:0.13~0.25

Structure: A. draw-expanded type; B. Insert type; C. Side imbedded type or water-expansion type; D. machine-expanded; E. spiral-fin type

Technical ability: 1. Surface anodic oxidization or dip coating to prevent the corrosion.

                    2. Inner cleanness can meet the requirement of CFC&R134a cooling system.

                    3. Satisfy the cooling capability requirements.

Performance: 1. the inner grooved copper tube increase the heat exchange area and enhances the heat exchange performance.

2. Aslant insert type and spiral evaporator comparatively has the largest heat exchange area and enhances the heat exchange performance.

Technical ability: We can produce the products according to drawing or samples supplied by customers, also can design and develop the different condensers as customers' request.
